MANILA, Philippines — Determined to get her first professional championship, Tots Carlos has emerged as Creamline’s consistent scorer this 2022 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.

“I am motivated to get this championship because if ever, this will be my first championship as a pro, the biggest league I have ever played,” she said.
Carlos rose as the Cool Smashers’ leading scorer this season, averaging 18.75 points from the pool stage to quarterfinals to keep her team unbeaten in four games and poured 24.5 points in the semifinals to sweep sister team, Choco Mucho.
She credited her vast-development in becoming the team’s leading scorer to coach Sherwin Meneses and her teammate Alyssa Valdez.
“The trust of coach Sherwin and ate Alyssa really motivated me to play better. The whole team really helped me and as you saw in our past games, it’s really a team effort,” said Carlos.
Moving a series closer from a PVL championship, Carlos is eager to bring back the glory to Creamline to complete their rise from last year’s silver medal finish.
