MANILA, Philippines—Ateneo and La Salle on Monday encouraged their students to wear pink ahead of the rival school’s second round clash in the UAAP Season 84 men’s basketball tournament.

The call, made by Ateneo president Fr. Bobby Yap, SJ and La Salle president Bro. Bernie Oca, FSC, is for a show of support for presidential candidate Vice President Leni Robredo.

The Blue Eagles and the Green Archers meet on Tuesday, 7 p.m., at Mall of Asia Arena.

Ateneo took the first encounter, dominating La Salle, 74-57, on April 2.

The Eagles, as expected, top the standings at the end of the first round with a 7-0 record while the Archers are in third place at 5-2.
