TEAM Castrol-Tuason Racing School leaned on Flynn Jackes and AT Tuason to bolster their title bids recently in the 2012 National Karting Super Series at the Carmona Racetrack.
Jackes captured the Mini-ROK crown in an overwhelming fashion while Tuason, amidst the tough 12-man combined field, bagged third place finish in the Formula Cadet Expert division.
Jackes pulled a big sweep as he ruled the earlier heats before dominating the final race in 12 minutes and 26.068 seconds.
Tuason almost made it a double victory as he topped the heats of the combined Formula Cadet Expert and Novice race.
“Flynn and AT really stepped up in this race and I’m happy that their natural competitive form flowed out,” said TRS president JP Tuason.
Wils Casequin, on the other hand, had a tough time getting past other Novice drivers as he landed ninth in the combined race in the Formula Cadet Expert division.
