(ACES) President, said in a Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum on Tuesday at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
“We got the best of the best in the high school division.”
The program was built after the success of the Shakeys’ Super League Collegiate Preseason Cup where National University reigned supreme last year.
