PBA player Javee Mocon gets married

MANILA, Philippines—PBA player Javee Mocon has tied the knot with fashion model Maica Palo.
In an Instagram post, Mocon’s wife thanked everyone who attended their wedding last Wednesday held at Baguio Country Club. The Phoenix star and Palo got engaged in April of last year in Paris, France.
“We wholeheartedly appreciate your presence in our special moments with us. Your laughter, tears of happiness and fantastic dance moves didn’t fail to make our wedding the most memorable,” wrote Maica.
The now-married couple began their story way back in 2020, with Mocon proposing to Polo two years after.
When that one person that comes into your life so unexpectedly, so unplanned but changes everything, the whole universe is telling you… she’s the one,” the forward wrote on Instagram.

Prior to the wedding, the San Beda product played six games for the Fuel Masters in the PBA Governors’ Cup where he averaged 9.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game.
Mocon joined Phoenix last year on a three-year contract after a trade from Rain or Shine.
