The Philippines joined the 32nd Southeast Asian Games flag-raising rites during the Team Welcome ceremony at Morodok Techo National Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Wednesday.
During the ceremony, the Philippine representatives along with the delegation of the 10 other participating nations also received souvenirs from the SEA Games organizing committee.
The biennial regional games officially open on May 5.
