MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines’ Sibol Wild Rift advanced to the gold medal match of the League of Legends: Wild Rift esports event in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Sunday.

Sibol defeated Vietnam, 3-2, for a chance to bring home either a silver or a gold medal for the Philippines.

Golden Heart Dajao willed the Philippines to a come-from-behind victory with 72% kill participation.

Whichever country the Philippines will face in the Finals has yet to be determined.

Vietnam will face the winner of the lower bracket’s semifinal between Cambodia or Singapore with the victory advancing to the Finals against Sibol.
