B.League: Greg Slaughter signs extension with Fukuoka

MANILA, Philippines—Greg Slaughter will continue to don the Fukuoka jersey in the Japan B.League after signing an extension with the club on Friday.
The league announced that Slaughter will stay with the Rizing Zephyr for the 2023-24 season.
Article continues after this advertisementSlaughter played limited last season and was barely a factor in the squad, which finished with a 20-40 record.
The former Barangay Ginebra star averaged 4.7 points and 3.0 rebounds a night.
In one of his best games for Fukuoka last season, Slaughter tallied his B.League-best 16 points last February in a 97-86 defeat at the hands of the Kumamoto Volters.
