MANILA, Philippines—National University has tapped Norman Miguel as head coach of the Lady Bulldogs and Lady Bullpups.
The school announced Miguel’s return on Monday.
Miguel called the shots for the Lady Bulldogs in Season 81 and Season 82.
NU finished with a 4-10 record in its first year under Miguel.
In Miguel’s second season, the Lady Bulldogs were off to a 2-0 start before the pandemic happened.
Miguel stepped down from his post in November 2020 and was replaced by Karl Dimaculangan.
Dimaculangan steered the Lady Bulldogs to a perfect campaign in Season 84 and a Finals stint.
Miguel also replaced Vilet Ponce De Leon, who is coming off a title run with the Lady Bullpups in Season 85.
