ONE: Jenelyn Olsim also leaves Team Lakay to join Lion Nations MMA, puts up own gym
MANILA, Philippines—Lion Nations MMA just got a new talent in the form of a feisty atomweight competitor.
Jenelyn Olsim out of Bokod, Benguet was announced as the newest member of Lion Nations MMA, following the opening of her own martial arts gym.

She will now be representing the camp built by Filipino MMA legend Eduard Folayang heading forward.
Her next bout will be against Jihin Raduzan of Malaysia, as she looks to bounce back from her loss at the hands of Meng Bo last December.

Olsim, also formerly of Team Lakay, followed the routes of Kevin Belingon, Honorio Banario and Joshua Pacio, who all moved from the Baguio-based stable to Folayang’s new camp.
Jenelyn, alongside her brother Jerry, also opened up the Olsim-Dasdas Martial Arts Gym also in Bokod to cultivate the next breed of Filipino MMA combatants.
“I’ve always carried our hometown with me in every step of my journey. Establishing this gym alongside my brother is more than just a dream come true—it’s a heartfelt commitment to giving back to the community that raised us,” she said.
