Galang, the former UAAP MVP out of La Salle, who transferred to the Crossovers with Aby Maraño, credited her easy transition with her new teammates composed of Mylene Paat, Eya Laure, Shaya Adorador, Cza Carandang, Joyme Cagande, and Jennifer Nierva.
“It feels good because they’re easy to get along with. I’m excited every day to train and play with them. It’s inspiring to play when we’re together,” Galang said.
After a solid debut with Chery Tiggo, Galang stressed that they still need to polish their movements and reduce their unforced errors when they face another new team Strong Group Athletics on Saturday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
“We have to be more cohesive because this is a team sport. We have to be connected individually so our movements will be smoother,” she said.
