Akari Chargers and Creamline Cool Smashers will dispute the PVL Reinforced Conference championship in a winner-take-all-all final.
Akari eliminated PLDT in a controversial endgame while Creamline withstood Cignal to set up a clash for the final scheduled September 4, Wednesday, at Philsports Arena.
PLDT and Cignal, meanwhile, will clash for bronze.
The final game was originally scheduled Septmber 2, but Typhoon Enteng prompted the postponement of the games.

- 4pm- bronze medal match – PLDT High Speed Hitters vs Cignal HD Spikers
- 6pm- final match – Akari Chargers vs Creamline Cool Smashers

2024 PVL Reinforced Conference format
A new format is introduced for the 2024 PVL Reinforced Conference.
The 12-team field will be divided into two groups in the first phase of classification. The top teams from Pools A and B will then clash with the bottom three teams from the opposite groups to form Pools C and D in the second round.
Teams will only play against the teams from the other group.

After the preliminary rounds, teams will be ranked using the FIVB Classification System with the Top 8 advancing to the knockout quarterfinals
Winners of the playoff round will move on to the semifinals, which will also played in a do-or-die format. Both battle for the title and the bronze match will be knockout matches.
Creamline headlines Pool A, which will also have Chery Tiggo, Farm Fresh, Galeries Tower, Nxled and PLDT, while Petro Gazz will be in the other pool together with Akari, Capital1, Cignal, Choco Mucho and ZUS Coffee.
