J.R. Smith added 20 points and nine rebounds for New York while Jason Kidd contributed 12 points and six assists and Raymond Felton added 11 points for the Knicks.
Jrue Holiday scored 27 to lead the 76ers, who also had 16 points from Thaddeus Young and 11 points and 11 rebounds from Evan Turner.
Anthony sparked a 14-7 Knicks run to produce a 19-12 lead and New York never trailed again.
Philadelphia guard Jason Richardson sprained his left ankle early in the first quarter and did not return to the game.
