ENZO Pastor of Team Circuit Showdown and defending champion Joey Pery glittered this time as they topped separate races recently in the third leg of the Philippine Touring Car Championship Series recently at Batangas Racing Circuit.
Missing action in the last leg, Pastor returned with a bang as he ruled Rounds 8 and 9 while Pery topped Round 7 of this event organized by the Automobile Association Philippines.
Pery foiled Pastor’s sweep bid in Race 7, but only after the latter’s engine conked out.
Pastor’s twin victory now puts him in fourth overall with 74 points In Division 2.
Newcomer Paul Anguluan of Shift Racing ruled the Division 3 class.
