Fajardo, Romeo, Ravena banner Visayas All-Stars

National team mainstays June Mar Fajardo, Terrence Romeo, and Kiefer Ravena won’t be donning the national team colors in the third leg of the 2018 PBA All-Star Week but will hoist the flag for the Visayas All-Stars in Ilo-ilo on May 27.

The trio will be at the forefront of the battle and they are  joined by Ginebra big man Greg Slaughter and two-time PBA MVP James Yap of Rain or Shine in the first five.

Also earning a spot as a reserve in the Visayas selection are Chris Ross, Jeff Chan, JR Quiñahan, Joe Devance, Jericho Cruz, Asi Taulava, and Emman Monfort.

They will face the Gilas Pilipinas squad in the final leg of the three-part midseason extravaganza to prepare the Nationals for the third window of the 2019 Fiba World Cup qualifiers.

Leading Gilas in the tiff will be Jayson Castro, Calvin Abueva, Japeth Aguilar, and captain Gabe Norwood.

Also representing the national team in the exhibition game are Troy Rosario, Mac Belo, Matthew Wright, Allein Maliksi, Carl Bryan Cruz, and Jio Jalalon.

The three-part All-Star Week tips off in Digos, Davao de Sur on May 23, before going to Batangas City on May 25.
