BanKo Perlas whips Iriga-Navy
BanKo Perlas demolished Iriga-Navy, 25-22, 25-21, 25-19, Wednesday at the start of the second round of eliminations in the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference at Filoil Flying V Center.

“We notice that we were playing way too slow,” said BanKo veteran middle hitter Sue Roces in Filipino. “That’s not how we play. And that’s why we couldn’t pull away in the match.”

“So in the third set I told the team, ‘Hey let’s play quick,’ and that’s where we were able to control the third set,” added Roces.
