Gilas Pilipinas against Qatar in Fiba World Cup Asian Qualifiers.

With the game already in the bag, Guiao got his first technical with 53 ticks left in the game after the referees called an unsportsmanlike foul on Thirdy Ravena on what looked like a clean block on wingman Nasser Khalifa Al-Rayes.

Guiao then got one more 20 seconds later after reacting to the unnecessary physicality the Qataris were giving to the Gilas players.

Guiao’s tirade earned him an early trip to the locker room but the man who’s too used to getting ejected just laughed it off and gave high fives to practically everyone he came across.

The much-needed victory kept the Philippines in the running for a berth in the Fiba World Cup, improving to a 6-5 record as the fourth seed in Group F.
