MANILA, Philippines—”Manila Clasico” banners the PBA’s Christmas Day schedule for the 2021 PBA Governors’ Cup as Barangay Ginebra and Magnolia meet  for the 200th time.

The Hotshots and the Gin Kings will face each other at 6:45 pm at Smart Araneta Coliseum with fans already allowed to enter the arena.

Magnolia has 104 wins to Ginebra’s 95 in its meetings and it also holds two straight wins after its matchups in the 2021 and 2020 Philippine Cups.

FEATURED STORIES

The last time the two teams met was on July 25 in the 2021 Philippine Cup with the Hotshots taking the 89-79 win over the Gin Kings as Paul Lee put up 22 points while Calvin Abueva had 15 points and nine rebounds.

The two teams hold the same 1-0 records in the current conference.

NLEX and Phoenix will open the holiday game date at 4 pm.
