MANILA, Philippines—Japeth Aguilar and Greg Slaughter were once called the “Twin Towers” for Barangay Ginebra and that can also be said about their children–sort of.

Aguilar and wife Cassie also welcomed their baby boy Jasiah Matthias, the same day as the birth of Slaughter’s daughter Stelina.

Both babies were born February 2, 2022.

“He’s the most beautiful person we’ve ever seen but we’re probably a little biased,” wrote Cassie on Instagram. “After months of treatments, scares and bedrest, I’m so glad to meet my little boy. Up until the last minute, there were no dull moments. So grateful to God for a safe delivery and a healthy baby boy.”

Cassie, being a former beauty queen, received congratulatory messages from both the world of pageants and the PBA including 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, 2016 Miss International Kylie Verzosa, and 2013 Miss World Megan Young.

Slaughter’s wife Schinina also congratulated the Aguilars while PBA players Jared Dillinger, Prince Caperal, Raymond Aguilar, and Rico Maierhofer also gave similar messages.
