Alyssa Valdez amid rumored split with Kiefer Ravena: ‘Avoid making up stories’
MANILA, Philippines — Volleyball star Alyssa Valdez has asked the public to “avoid making up stories and spreading false rumors” amid her alleged break-up with longtime boyfriend Kiefer Ravena.
With social media abuzz with speculations on the couple’s split, the Valdez’s handler V Management Group released a statement on Thursday morning, encouraging the concerned fans to respect Alyssa’s privacy.

Let us avoid making up stories and spreading false rumors. We hope that everyone can respect Alyssa’s decision to keep things private,” read the statement.
“Thank you to all the fans who have loved and supported Alyssa through the years. We know you will continue to be there for her. This will be the only time we will address this matter. We will not be entertaining any interviews or questions. Thank you for your understanding.”

Valdez and Ravena arrived home last Monday after their stints in the 31st Southeast Asian Games with the women’s volleyball and men’s basketball national teams, respectively.
Ravena and the Gilas Pilipinas settled for silver, while Valdez and the women’s national volleyball team missed the podium anew.
