UAAP men’s volleyball: Ateneo ends FEU’s unbeaten run, NU gets share of top seed
MANILA, Philippines—Ateneo put a stop to Far Eastern University’s winning streak courtesy of a 31-29, 22-25, 25-23, 26-24 win in the UAAP Season 81 men’s volleyball tournament Wednesday at Filoil Flying V Center.
The Blue Eagles have now won two of their past three games and bumped their record to 5-3 while staying at the third seed of the tournament.
Ron Medalla lit up with 32 points to lead Ateneo while Antony Koyfman and Ishmael Rivera had 21 and 13 points, respectively.

In the other game, National University took a share of the top spot after brushing off Adamson University, 25-18, 25-18, 25-19,
Bryan Bagunas punished the Soaring Falcons with 26 points as the Bulldogs’ 6-1 record tied them with FEU for the no.1 spot in the standings.
