Kiefer Ravena leaves for Japan to complete B.League requirements
MANILA, Philippines—Kiefer Ravena left for Japan Wednesday to process his visa and other requirements needed for his stint with the Shiga Lakestars in the Japanese B.League.
NLEX team manager Ronald Dulatre said Ravena August 25 is the last day for B.League imports to enter Japan to process their requirements personally.

Ravena will then have another couple or so days to tend to other concerns that require him to be present.
Dulatre added that Ravena will still have to return to NLEX to play in the PBA Philippine Cup after he’s done processing his paperwork in Japan.

“There’s no definite timetable yet because we know that health protocols here in the Philippines are unpredictable,” said Dulatre in Filipino.
NLEX last played in the Philippine Cup on August 25 beating Terrafirma 108-94 to get to a 2-2 record.
Dulatre said that while the team doesn’t wish for any more delays in the PBA’s resumption, which is set for September 1, they would welcome it if they started playing at a later date.
