Unbeaten Creamline teams enter BVR on Tour semis

MANILA, Philippines—Creamline’s two teams are headed to the semifinals of the Beach Volleyball Republic on Tour after both sides went undefeated in the group stages in Sta. Ana, Cagayan Sunday.

Sisi Rondina and Bernadeth Pons of Creamline 1 quickly disposed of PLDT’s Ella and Iza Viray, 21-10, 21-6 to top Pool B with a 3-0 record.

Creamline 2’s Dij Rodriguez and Dzi Gervacio swept Pool C following their three-set win over TM’s Mer Jauculan and Hannah Cabansay, 18-21, 21-8, 16-14, and Black Mamba Army 2’s Jem Gutierrez and Audrey Paran 21-12, 21-6.

Good Health-CDO’s Babylove Barbon and Gen Eslapor topped Pool A following their win over Eastern Perlas Spikers’ Mich Morente and Jules Samonte, 21-11, 21-11, to move up from Pool D.

The semifinals and finals is on Monday.
