Oita Miyoshi drops 4th straight game despite Bryan Bagunas’ 26 points
MANILA, Philippines—Oita Miyoshi and Bryan Bagunas failed to break out of their slump as they faltered late in their upset bid against Suntory, 20-25, 27-25, 27-25, 18-25, 12-15, in the 2021-22 Japan V.League season Saturday at Kumamoto Prefectural Gymnasium.
The Weisse Adler have now dropped four straight matches while staying in the ninth seed in the ladder with a 2-11 record while the Sunbirds are in third with a 9-4 card.

Alain J. de Armas had 28 points to lead the Sunbirds while Kosuke Hata and Shikun Peng added 16 and 14 points, respectively.
Oita Miyoshi and Suntory will meet for a second straight time on Sunday at the same venue.
