UAAP volleyball: After 2-0 start, La Salle faces tough test vs NU
MANILA, Philippines—De La Salle has looked every bit of a title favorite in the young UAAP Season 84 women’s volleyball tournament.
Although it’s still early to tell, the Lady Spikers will get a sense of how far they’ve come against National University in a clash between unbeaten teams on Tuesday.

“For us, we’re still adjusting. But hopefully on Tuesday, we can show more of what the Lady Spikers are capable of,” he added.
Against Adamson on Wednesday, La Salle displayed its formidable net defense with nine block points that highlighted its 25-21, 25-20, 25-14 romp.

La Salle hopes to get off and running this time against NU, which also posted a convincing win over Adamson and only needed four sets to repel Ateneo in its first two games.
“We know what we’re capable of. We just need to practice and show what we’ve been training for during the game,” said Fifi Sharma in Filipino, who has given La Salle a big lift in the first couple of games.
