PLDT bounces back, overwhelms NU in V-League quarterfinals
MANILA, Philippines – PLDT Home Telpad regained its fiery form following a 25-13, 25-20, 25-19 shutout of National University in the quarterfinal round of the Shakey’s V-League Season 11 Open Conference at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.
The Turbo Boosters quickly put its stunning straight-sets loss to the Ateneo Lady Eagles last Sunday behind as they dominated the Lady Bulldogs behind the trio of Lou Ann Latigay, Suzanne Roces and Angela Benting.
