Nunag, the 2nd Best Middle Blocker in the 2019 Reinforced Conference, is expected to fill in for the injured Maddie Madayag.
Madayag, a two-time UAAP champion out of Ateneo, suffered an ACL injury in her left knee last August during Choco Mucho’s bronze-medal match against Petro Gazz in the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.
The 29-year-old Nunag also played for Petro Gazz where she played a vital role in the Angels’ title run in the 2019 Reinforced Conference.
