WWE woos Ronda Rousey in a ‘match made in heaven’
The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) staged one of the best “WrestleMania” events in recent memory on Sunday (Monday in Manila).
The organization welcomed back one of its most prolific tag teams of all-time, the Hardy Boys, while also seemingly bidding goodbye to one of its most iconic figures, The Undertaker.

With the “Dead Man” possibly gone for good, the promotion could certainly add more star power to its roster, and the WWE’s chief brand officer, Stephanie McMahon, already has someone in mind.
In an episode of ESPN’s “His and Hers” podcast, the daughter of WWE owner Vince McMahon said she’d welcome former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey to come aboard.

Although currently still affiliated with the UFC, Rousey’s future with the company remains questionable, after suffering back-to-back knockout losses in her last two fights.
The former Olympic judoka, meanwhile, certainly hasn’t been shy about her affinity with the WWE in the past, revealing she got her nickname “Rowdy” from deceased WWE legend Roddy Piper. She’s also been known to attend some of WWE’s previous shows. Khristian Ibarrola /ra
