Robert Bolick signs 2-year max deal with NorthPort
Robert Bolick is officially part of the NorthPort Batang Pier.
Bolick on Tuesday signed a two-year max contract with NorthPort just a couple of days after being selected as the third overall pick by the Batang Pier in the 2018 PBA Rookie Draft.
“Robert Bolick is a great addition to the NorthPort Batang Pier Team. With his positivity and winning attitude, what he did in his collegiate career is something you can expect he’ll bring into our team,” NorthPort manager Bonnie Tan said.
The 23-year-old Bolick is a proven winner with three NCAA championships as one of the leaders of the San Beda Red Lions.
The 6-foot-1 guard, who was also a member of the De La Salle University team that won the UAAP title in 2013, was taken after CJ Perez and Ray Parks in the draft.
Perez, the top overall pick, went to the Columbian Dyip while Parks was selected by the Blackwater Elite.
Bolick, who once had 50 points just last NCAA season, joins superstar Stanley Pringle at the Batang Pier backcourt.
